I’m having a breakfast late today. It’s 1 egg omlette and half baked potatoe (seasoned before i put it in the microwave). If it’s one thing i learned while on a diet stock up seasonings they are going to be one of your best friends. What I put in my smoothie…chia seeds, ground flax seeds, protien powder, tumeric powder, aloe water, orange juice, mixed greens/kale, bananna, strawberry, blueberry, peaches and mango. :)
