I am trying to lose my muscle.i am doing different activities to lose my mass.Like Jogging Cycling but its not working properly.My diets are Fruits with veg.Beans.Its easy to growing muscles but hard to lose them.If you guys talk about my wright its to much damn high
If you’re looking to lose your muscles i suggest your to do not try to carry anything heavy.and eating nuts and beans isn’t good choice you have to skip it.
You should follow caloric deficiency.Maybe It can helps you to lose your muscles i my self use this method to lose weight but hope if can give some effect on your muscles
Thanks for your replies guys.I am really looking to decrease the number protein inside me.But using calorie method lead me to tiredness and fatigue.Since i eat some fresh things as diet that give some energy
What you guys thing by dropping the protein help with losing my energy ?
