Hi guys.Well i go to the gum daily even in Sunday.I do training every morning.Jogging morning walk in order to keep my weight low.Now i am looking to ea some fresh and healthy things like fruits and and some salad.
now i am thinking to eat yogurt.Something call Greek yogurt.so kindly advice me i think its incomplete breakfast for me
As John said its low in fat.But about the product i heard its its contain large amount of fat.So its all depend where you get the product.Not every greak yogurts makes equal though
