    Good to see and i am so happy. Its not easy to achieve every goal but if you work hard you’ll get your benefit for sure.I am also not far away from my goal in april my pound was 220 and now its 199 and i am trying to lose them more

    Well no i don’t have interest with dogs or cats. Its hard to take a pet you have to feed them and cares.which is really hard

    Well sorry no i am not taking any kind of strength exercises.Well my weight is 60 KG. and my goal is lose more at least 50.I just want to lose them

    I don’t think medics can effect it.They’re make to kill pain not to increase.My legs hurt as i said.It hurt more when i walk.same issues with my feet.

    When i start it my legs and feet start hurting me. I didn’t give any importance after few days the pain persists i went to the doctor and tell all the situation about my legs and feet .Yes i was depressive so i start taking medics. I mostly use fluxing.

    Well yes i take it regularly but its not completely healthy about drinking cold and sugaar well no i mostly keep my mouth away from these crap.I like fruits so i eat them

    Hi Thanks for your reply i mostly walk 3 kilometer per day and about the amount of calories its 1200 per day
