Well if you want muscle you have to calories.Eat above than your body maintain.As said Isabella said you need protein on your diet .also you should take training
As John said its low in fat.But about the product i heard its its contain large amount of fat.So its all depend where you get the product.Not every greak yogurts makes equal though
Thanks for your replies guys.I am really looking to decrease the number protein inside me.But using calorie method lead me to tiredness and fatigue.Since i eat some fresh things as diet that give some energy
