Hello guys i have a question relate to Calories maintenance.One of my friend have 240 pounds and he is trying to lose his weight he claims about 2500-2800 every day, and i am just 200 and maintain 3500-3700 per day.I think 3500-3700 clas isn’t right for me .So any body here who have the same weight as my friend ?.If so then kindly tell the amount of calories you takes in order to mainting.
